Apple & Cinnamon

Sundays are always a treat, even more in the middle of March, when the Spring is starting to show her scent and the flowers start to bloom.
This Sunday, while the sun was outside lighting us up, my Mom decided to make Apple & Cinnamon Jam. I've always loved this combination of apple with cinnamon, in anything: wrapped in a crepe, as an ice-cream ball or mixed in a small tea bag, which makes a wonderful tea by the way!

It's such a simple recipe: just put water in a pot, add the cinnamon powder with the cinnamon stick and the apples and let it boil. Soon the lovely smell of cinnamon and sweet apples will invade your kitchen and it's such a delight.

Use the eletric mixer to create your jam, very creamy and pasty, and when it gets to the point, it's ready to be divided into cute jars.

Let them cool down and then keep them in the fridge for a while. You'll get an amazing jam to have with your tea, in a tiny piece of toasted bread.

Looking forward to make Jams with other fruits combinations! Delicious!
