Five

This is my last week in Manchester.

My last days of internship. I'll fly back to Portugal on the weekend. 

I'm gonna miss this city. 

It was my first time out of my country, totally alone, in the unknown, lost in the crowd.

For so many times I fell in love and I was amazed. 

I've seen gorgeous places, I've tasted delicious things. 

But i've also cried, I've yelled and I've wished I could go back at once. 

I know nothing is in vain and this was my moment. And, like everything in life, it also has an end. Something new will come. 

It's always like this.

From my days here, I'll keep every laugh and tear, 

every photo I took, every moment I've lived, every despair I felt. 

All of those things made me grow.

I hope I can come back someday, on vacations. I wonder if I'll still remember the name of the streets and where to find those cute little cafes with the most delicious treats!

But for now, all I want is to take my flight back home. 

Missing everyone is the hardest thing, and I know that as soon as I see them all smiling and waiting for me, it will be the best feeling in the world.
