Bonjour Bruxelles!

Bonjour!

I'm finally back, after a few months of no-show, but I have exciting news! The last time I posted something, I was in Spain, enjoying the sun and beaches of Costa del Sol. Now, my life took an amazing turn and brought me to Brussels!

Estou finalmente de volta, após vários meses sem aparecer, mas tenho novidades fantásticas! Da última vez que postei algo, eu estava em Espanha a aproveitar o sol e as praias da Costa del Sol. Agora, a minha vida deu uma volta fantástica e trouxe-me a Bruxelas! 

This is exciting in every way possible because it allows me to learn different things! To start, it's a different language, actually in Belgium there are three different languages: French, Flemish and German. I'll stick with French to begin with, hopefully in time I'll learn the other two!

Isto é entusiasmante em todos os sentidos possíveis porque permite-me aprender diferentes coisas! Para começar, é um idioma diferente, na verdade, na Bélgica existem três idiomas diferentes: Francês, Flamengo e Alemão. Para começar, fico-me pelo Francês, com o tempo aprenderei os outros dois idiomas!

Already settled in my temporary accomodation, I have time to enjoy my first weekend here, wandering around the fantastic streets of Brussels. The architecture is amazing with loads of medieval buildings and "art nouveau" details. Every corner smells like chocolate and french fries. The Belgium Chocolate is very famous and delicious! There are plenty of adorable and well-decorated shops where you can buy lovely boxes with chocolates and cookies.

Já instalada na minha casa temporária, tenho tempo para aproveitar o meu primeiro fim-de-semana aqui, passeando pelas fantásticas ruas de Bruxelas. A arquitectura é linda com imensos edificios medievais e detalhes de "Art Nouveau". Cada canto cheira a chocolate e batatas fritas. O chocolate Belga é muito famoso e delicioso! Há imensas lojas adoráveis e bem decoradas onde se podem comprar caixinhas amorosas com chocolates e biscoitos.

I look forward to get to know this place better, along with the other cities in Belgium. Also, I'd love to visit Paris and Amsterdam, and I can get there by train!
